Our goal at Faith in Motion is to lead the community to a healthy and wellness lifestyle, teaching exercise fundamentals at a young age.

Since 2021, Faith in Motion has been helping youth athletes, of all ages, become a better version of themselves not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

As an ex division one college athlete myself, I know the mindset, work ethic, and dedication it takes to succeed at the highest level.

This summer camp will give our local athletes a glimpse at that, with guest speakers on sports related mental health, sports nutrition, and college recruiting.
