Meet The Staff

Lead Coach: Faith Farley

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Faith, the owner of Faith in Motion brings her expertise in the medical rehab field.

Faith played division one college soccer at Coastal Carolina. Following her soccer career has completed at national and international crossfit competitions while coaching crossfit for 5+ years.

Faith opened Faith in Motion in 2021 focusing on both rehabbing and training adults and athletes.

Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC): Sarah Grippi- Snyder

Sarah has her master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Pennsylvania Western University. Prior to higher education she played collegiate basketball at University of Mount Union.

Sarah specializes in coaching youths just starting with strength programs to high school athletes wanting to play Division I sport, all the way to professional athletes. Her specialties are applied sport psychology, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

In her free time she enjoys some friendly competition against other racers in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), Hybrid events, and endurance races.

Dietician and Nutrition Expert: Erika Hager

Erika is an experienced dietitian and nutrition expert. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Marshall University in 2017, she furthered her education by completing a master's degree in Food and Nutrition during her dietetic internship at Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (2018).

With over five years of experience, Erika is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and nutrition goals through personalized education and behavior change. Her diverse expertise spans working with athletes and seniors, addressing a wide range of nutrition diagnoses. Erika's holistic approach prioritizes overall health and functional nutrition. Erika’s roles as a Dietitian, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor have equipped her with the necessary skills required to support any client. Whether virtually or in-person, she meets clients where they are, guiding them towards successful nutrition and fitness outcomes.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Erika finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, as well as swimming.”

Coach: Jordan O'Dell

Jordan has a degree in secondary math eduction, and she is a mom to a 2 year old little boy. She loves everything fitness. From adults, to kids, to pregnant mamas.

 

Jordan grew up playing high school volleyball and basketball and from there fell in love with fitness even more when she found CrossFit and Olympic lifting. She has been doing CrossFit for 10 years now, competed for 5 of them, a CrossFit coach for 8, and has also pursued an Olympic lifting certification, spin and cycle certification, post partum and pregnancy certifications, and a nutrition certification. She loves challenging and teaching people, specifically girls and women on how to be strong, confident, and healthy.

 
She currently teaches a mom & baby CrossFit class and works with high schoolers weekly through math tutoring.

 

College Coach: Ari Aganus

Marshall University Women's Volleyball Head Coach

She was named the head coach in January of 2019. In her first season in 2019, coach Aganus led the Herd to an 18-9 overall record, and eight-win turnaround from the previous season. She also led Marshall to a 9-5 finish in Conference USA action and the No. 4 seed in the C-USA Tournament after being picked to finish 10th in the preseason coaches’ poll.


Aganus also played two seasons at North Alabama, earning a degree in communications and claiming an All-Gulf South Conference nod as a senior. North Alabama went to the NCAA Division II Tournament in both of her seasons competing for the Lions. Prior to closing her collegiate playing career at North Alabama, Aganus helped lead Kishwaukee College (Ill.) to its third consecutive NJCAA

Day 4: workout + sports nutrition

Day 5: Combine day @ Valley Park
